I am so happy with the service from Caldwell! It was 80 degrees in my house today on July 4th and 95 degrees outside. Did not expect an answer today but Rob called back within the hour and had it fixed up for me in no time! Very nice guy and was very happy to have my AC back with this heat!!! Thank you Rob!!!! Excellent service. I called Rob (Caldwell AC and heat) on a very late Friday on a hoilday weekend asking for help with the Air conditioner cause it decided to stop start working on the hottest day So far. I have an elderly father and animals. I needed help asap and he delivered .He would’ve came out that night but it was thundering and lightning so it wasn’t safe which I understood but he kept his word and he came out first thing in the early morning. He’s very knowledgeable and nice. He was here for less than a hour and fixed the problem and got us up and running! He’s very professional and knows what he’s doing. He explained everything in detail which was nice for us folks that have no idea. Also For him to come out on a holiday weekend July 4th was amazing because I thought we were screwed. But thankful for his company.

I called Rob at 1130am on July 3 2026, he said he has 3 jobs ahead of me and will call when he would be on his way. He got here at 3 was done at 330 and fixed the problem.. This is my 3rd time using Rob and each time he did a great job and did not hurt the wallet at all it was a fair price and I am more than satisfied thank you Rob.

If I could give 10 stars for this review, I would! I messaged Rob this morning through Facebook and he responded within minutes. He had 3 other jobs ahead of us and was still here within a few hours. Awesome communicator (called me on the way), he assessed the issue in under a minute and had it fixed in under 10. Very fair price! Not only that but he came out on a holiday weekend, it is 100 degrees out (real feel of 118!). He goes above and beyond for his customers. And even called me after to see if we were noticing a difference yet. I will recommend this company to everyone!

I called Rob for help & he was here within 15 minutes, diagnosed the issue quickly, showed me what was wrong & thoroughly explained what was going on and had my air conditioning fixed efficiently.
